You look stunning requires a minimum of 24 hours to process all orders. To ensure any potential disappointment please allow a minimum of 3 business days from placement of order to delivery (subject to national delivery location)
Example: You require a garment for an event on a Friday night, order to be placed by close of business the Tuesday prior.
We endeavor to be as specific as possible when describing the size and fit of garments to ensure you are choosing an item that should fit you, however our sizing information are a recommendation guide only. We are unable to offer refunds because of an incorrect fit.
Our hire period is 3 days. This is excluding postage time if your garment is being sent to you. You will receive your garment by the first day of your hire period and it must be returned on the last day of your hire period. The hire period can be extended upon request but is subject to availability and there is a potential extra cost.
Please notify us immediately if your garment has been damaged, stained or disfigured in any way. Do not attempt to repair it yourself or take it somewhere to be repaired. You must return the damaged garment in its current state so we can look over it ourselves and take it to our preferred tailor for repair if necessary. If any signs of attempted repair are found on a garment once it is returned, you will be charged as stated in the terms and Conditions of the rental agreement.
Yes. The renter who is in possession of a garment at the time it is damaged will be liable to cover the cost of repair. You will be notified of the repair cost and it will be charged to the nominated credit/debit card attached to your booking.
A $50 per day late fee applies to all rentals. For each day after the return date a garment isn't returned, $50 will be charged. For postal rentals we allow 1 day’s grace period after the return date specified in your booking to allow for the express postage delivery time. For Western Australia and regional locations outside of the 'guaranteed next day delivery' zone, we allow a 2 day’s grace period. If you incur late fees, the amount due will be charged to your nominated debit/credit card attached to your booking. Failure to return a garment within 7 days of the return date will result in you being charged the full recommended retail cost (RRP) of the garment plus up to an additional 200% to replace it as per the You Look Stunning Terms and Conditions.
All postal hires will have a return express post satchel enclosed with the garment. Please place your unwashed garment inside and drop it to your local post office or express post box. If you are returning the garment to us in person, please ensure you do so on the agreed day and time noted on your booking.
We will not cover the cost to replace your return express post satchel in the event you misplace it. It is your responsibility to purchase another from your local post office and inform us of the tracking number of the new parcel.
Yes! You Look Stunning will ship Australia wide. Postage to your requested location as well as a return express postage satchel is added to your hire cost @ $ 20 per order up to two (2) garments. Most metropolitan locations qualify for Australia Post's Express Post guaranteed next day delivery service. For regional locations and deliveries to Western Australia, we allow an additional day for shipping. We are not held responsible for any shipping delays by Australia Post and will not offer a refund in the event a parcel is not delivered in time.
Yes, we do offer local pick up and return for our local South East Queensland clients. This must be pre-arranged and is available Friday’s between 10am and 2pm only. The standard postage fee of $ 20 would be saved
